Owl stuck in football net, rescued by Indianapolis Fire Department crew

INDIANAPOLIS – An Indianapolis Fire Department crew rescued an owl stuck in a football net on Saturday.

In a post on Lane.

After speaking with the citizen, an IFD crew sprang into action and used scissors to cut the mesh that had trapped the owl.

After about 15 minutes of work, the owl was released from the target.
