Swetz was sitting in his car near a home on Sterling Avenue when he encountered Foxx who was reportedly walking near her own home, Fox 32 reported. Swetz allegedly shouted an expletive at Foxx, who then made a hand gesture at Swetz.

Prosecutors allege Swetz then put the truck in reverse and drove toward Foxx, the Chicago Sun-Times reported. He then threw a “brown liquid substance from a drinking cup” in her face.

Swetz was arrested during a pretrial hearing on Sunday, charged and later released. He is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.
