1. Kyle Larson ($10,500) — Yung Money won the first Nashville Cup Series race of 2021. He led 264 of the 300 laps. Last season, he had his third top-5 finish in the three races at Nashville. He could have won if he had had better track position.

2. Christopher Bell ($10,000) — Bad luck is a thing in motorsport. Bell took his lumps midway through the 2024 season. That time is over. He has a top-10 finish in six of the last seven races (top-15 finish in all seven), winning in Charlotte and New Hampshire.

3. Chase Elliott ($9,700) — Nashville is a concrete track. Elliot is the king of concrete. Bristol, Dover and Nashville have all been strong numbers for Elliott. He won on a similar single-groove intermediate course in Texas earlier this season.

4. William Byron ($9,500) — Hendrick Motorsports is locked down in Nashville. They master the single groove in the groovy city. Modern Nashville may be an eclectic mix of music, but this song has a single groove. It’s a honky tonk with one groove and HMS knows the jam.

5. Ross Chastain ($9,000) — Nashville is the home track for Trackhouse Racing. Chastain led the most laps and won the 2023 race. He has posted a top-5 finish in each of the three Nashville races.

6. Martin Truex Jr ($9,800) — Ross Chastain ran away with the 2023 Nashville race, but Truex was there for the entire race. Truex led 50 laps and finished second.

7. Denny Hamlin ($10,300) — There is speed and there is luck. Hamlin doesn’t have the latter at the moment. He has failed to achieve a top 20 finish in the last three races. Before this period, he was on a streak of five consecutive top 5 finishes and had taken three race wins over the course of 2024.

8. Daniel Suarez ($7,500) — Don’t believe the home track story? It’s not a story. Trackhouse Racing is planning to set up shop on Broadway. This is a big race. They’re focusing their resources on Nashville. Suarez has a top-15 finish in every race in Nashville.

9. Ryan Blaney ($9,300) — Some people just can’t make it in this city. Nashville hasn’t been kind to Blaney. In two of the three races on this concrete intermediate track he finished outside the top 35. It’s a small sample size, but what’s more important: current form or track history?

10. Ty Gibbs ($8,400) — As a rookie, Gibbs finished 14th in Nashville. That may seem unremarkable. Just look at the statistics of the field in Nashville. It’s unremarkable. Gibbs is an interesting DFS NASCAR tournament pick for the Ally 400 in Nashville.

11. Tyler Reddick ($8,800) — DFS NASCAR is all about hog points (fast-lap and lap-led points). Reddick scored a career-high 21 points in the 2023 Nashville race and has averaged a career-high 21 points in the last six intermediate races.

12. Chris Buescher ($8,300) — RFK was silent. Quiet doesn’t mean bad. Teams start running. JGR gets hot and Penske hits the heater. Last month, Buescher was second in Kansas and nearly won in Darlington.

13. Brad Keselowski ($8,500) — The last three races took place on short circuits and a road circuit. The three previous races were medium track races. Keselowski finished first, second and third in those races.

14. AJ Allmendinger ($6,500) — If de Dinger runs, he will be a top-15 driver for Kaulig Racing in 2024. In his two Cup Series races in Nashville, he finished 10th and 19th. He nearly won the 2022 Xfinity Series race in Nashville. The following season he won the Xfinity Series race.

15. Daniel Hemric ($5,100) — This is a pricing error. Hemric was bad, but not that bad. Before the recent schedule of short tracks and road courses, Hemric posted top-20 finishes in consecutive medium-track races.
