Vehicle crash causes four-mile backup on I-81 South in Augusta Co.

The Virginia Department of Transportation says drivers can expect delays on I-81 in Augusta County due to a vehicle crash near mile marker 211.

AUGUSTA COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) – The Virginia Department of Transportation says drivers can expect delays on I-81 in Augusta County due to a vehicle crash near mile marker 211.

As of 12:11 p.m., the southbound left shoulder and left lane are closed. Traffic backups are approximately four miles.
