Farmington PD warns of traffic issues after the storm

FARMINGTON, CT — Local police are warning motorists driving in Farmington to be on the lookout for two situations due to last night’s severe thunderstorms and their impact on the roadways.

Farmington police said Route 177 is closed from Coppermine Road to Meadow Road and motorists should seek alternate routes.

In addition, police said Route 4 from South Main Street to Brickyard Road is without power and traffic lights are not working.
